There is a Supernatural joy that is not ignorant or naive of reality. Supernatural joy is fully aware of everything around you. It just has the ability to supersede the circumstance.

What an odd verse of Scripture; I'd never noticed it before--poor Job sounds as though he's in a slippery spot with that oil and butter underfoot.
And I loved your observation about Supernatural joy and other realism in our lives.
